Join us for Advent!

This is a great time to join a Church!

We are beginning a new liturgical year on December 3rd and will begin reading from the Gospel of Mark. That means this is a great time to come back to church or come for the first time. The Gospel of Mark is said to be the first little book of its kind. It is from this little book that we get the new genre called “gospel.”

Join us as we start with the first chapter of this gospel and journey through the year refreshing and renewing our faith. We are celebrating both the First and Second Sundays of Advent on December 1st. We gather at 10:00 am and mass begins at 10:30 am. On December 1st we will bless our Advent Wreath and light the candles of hope and peace. The following Sundays we will celebrate the Third and Fourth Sundays of Advent by lighting the candles of joy and love.

Christmas mass will be on December 24th at our usual time of 10:30 am but we begin by singing Christmas carols at 10:00 am, so come early!
